Water Jet Cutting
We perform water jet cutting due to very high pressure of up to
approx. 3.800 atmospheres (approx. 3850 Bar) on following materials:

The technology of high pressure water jet cutting will not cause
thermal, mechanical, or chemical harm to the material. It is an
environment-friendly nonpolluting technology. Water jet cutting is
an excellent method for the processing of materials, which are
otherwise very hard to process. It is a convenient method for
individual retail production, small mass production, and performing
of inserts.
In most cases the cutting area does not require any additional
processing.

CUTTING PARAMETERS
the maximal thickness of the material to be cut depends on
many factors, e.g. for stainless steel it is the thickness of 150 mm.
We offer a cutting precision of approx. 0.2 mm with a gap size of 1
mm.

the price for the service depends on many factors. Therefore to
avoid any misunderstanding please send us your drawings in
electronic form (AutoCAD *.DWG,*.DXF, Corel DRAW *.CDR or others)

According to your drawings we will send you a
