Abrasive Recycling Systems for water jet

In our offer we have also a fully automatic
recycling system for the retrieval of abrasive materials used in the
high pressure water jet processing.
The system has been invented, patented and
produced by the enterprise AQUAdem Czech Republic. (www.aquadem.cz)
The fully automatic recycling system allows the
retrieval of approx. 60 - 65 % of abrasive materials.
This technology makes water jet cutting a great
economical choice due to:

decreased consumption of abrasives,

decreased production waste,
-
less frequent and shorter down time needed
for cleaning of the water production table.
This technology dramatically reduces production
costs, which we pass on to our customers, like you, without any
impact on the quality and parameters of cutting.
